Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order prior to shipment for a full refund.

Orders that have already been shipped or installed cannot be cancelled.

AMC subscription services may be cancelled with a minimum of 30 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.
